Abstract

|
|
Ulnar nerve palsy caused by a ganglion originated at the groove of the ulnar nerve at elbow joint is very rarely seen. We experienced 2 cases of tardy ulnar nerve palsy due to nonpalpable ganglionic mass, originated at the groove of the ulnar nerve at elbow joint. The ganglionic cyst was treated by ganglion excision and anterior transposition of the ulnar nerve with successful result.
